Open Space Kitchen Transformation

Plumbing, electricity, framing, Cabinets

This kitchen transformation project involved a complete overhaul of the space to create a more inviting and brighter open concept kitchen. The project included several changes such as updating the cabinets, swapping the placement of the sink with the oven. One of the most significant changes was cutting down the high wall that separated the kitchen from other living spaces and replacing it with a wide countertop with a sink instead. This opened up the space and created a more of an open floor plan. The entire layout of the kitchen was transformed, with careful consideration given to the placement of appliances, cabinetry, and counter space. The end result was a spacious, bright and modern kitchen with an open concept that flows seamlessly into the rest of the home.

This project involved a significant amount of demolition and reconstruction, including installing new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. The end result was a stunning and functional kitchen that adds value to the home and makes it more enjoyable to live in.

Front Porch Renovation

Porch, Exterior Painting,

The front porch restoration project involved expanding the old porch to the full length of the house. This required some tear down of the existing porch and framing the new one. The new porch was designed to match the architectural style of the house. A new set of hand rails were installed. Once the porch was complete, a new coat of green paint was applied to the exterior of the house.

Overall, this project involved a significant amount of construction work, including carpentry and painting. The end result is a completely transformed front porch that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Fence Construction

These fence construction projects involved the installation of a new fence made of cedar panels. Cedar is a popular choice for fences due to its natural beauty, durability, and resistance to decay and insect damage. Preparing the area for the new fence, including digging holes for the fence posts was a significant part of the job. The cedar panels were then installed between the posts and secured with nails/screws.

To ensure the fence lasts for many years, it was treated with a weather-resistant stain to protect it from the elements.

Overall, the project resulted in a beautiful and functional fence that adds value to the property and provides privacy and security. The natural beauty of the cedar panels also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the property.

Cabinet Refinishing

CAbinet Restoration, Backsplash

This kitchen makeover project involved updating an old set of cabinets that were originally an orange/red color. The goal was to give the kitchen a more modern and stylish look. To achieve this, the cabinets were refinished with a dark green color. In addition to the cabinet refinishing, the backsplash was also updated to match the new style. This involved removing the old backsplash and replacing it with a new one that complements the dark green cabinets.

This was a very tedious project which involved sanding down the old cabinets to prepare them for the new finish, painting them with the new color, and installing the new backsplash.
